Reiki means universal energy. It is a spiritual energy frequency uniting mind, body and emotions to support the essential you! It will calm your mind and de-stress your body, giving you a sense of well being, “chocolate for the soul!”

Why would you have Reiki? – Your body will always try to heal itself to get back into balance. However, if you are under stress, in pain or on long-term medication it first has to combat those effects. The result of this being the body cannot heal itself efficiently. Although Reiki is, gentle it works on a cellular level so the effects can be profound. Reiki Plus + combines a healing treatment with work on your energy field to clear its flow and accelerate your body’s natural ability to heal. This supports your immune system helping you to stay young and retain your zest for life.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic Acupuncture is a holistic anti-aging treatment that smoothes lines and wrinkles by boosting collagen levels and tightening muscles. By seeking to enhance your natural beauty, a softer more natural result is achieved.  Cosmetic Acupuncture is also combined with points on the hands and feet, which have a specific function of calming the mind, eliminating toxins and improving blood flow, leaving you feeling good, as well as looking good.  The needles used are much finer than ones used for body acupuncture and some are only a couple of millimetres in length. Cosmetic Acupuncture can help with the following:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Sagging skin and jowls
  • Acne scars and scar tissue
  • Rosacea
  • Puffiness
  • Dull, lacklustre skin
  • Uneven skin tone

Course of 5 weekly treatments £400

Dermaroller treatment creates microscopic punctures in the skin, inducing the production of collagen and growth hormones to renew and resurface the skin. The tiny perforations also allow greater penetration of creams and serums, maximizing their benefit and accelerating treatment results.

A treatment last 90 minutes, this is to allow 20-30 minutes for a topical anaesthetic cream to take effect, adequately numbing the face to make the procedure tolerable and virtually pain-free. I also insert acupuncture needles in special points on the arms which are known to have anaesthetic properties. You will experience a feeling of mild to moderate sunburn for up to 24 hours after a treatment and any redness is easily concealed with make-up.

You should begin to see results in the first 6-8 weeks.

Although you can have a one-off treatment, collagen induction benefits from the cumulative effect of a 3-treatment protocol. Once you have completed your initial course you can book in for maintenance treatments as desired. The procedure can be repeated as often as every 6 weeks.

90 minute treatment – £200

Course of 3 treatments – £550

No Hands Massage

No Hands Massage is the most powerful, relaxing massage I have ever experienced. The therapist uses the soft tissue of the inside forearm and body weight to give a total, yet very gentle workout to the body. No Hands Plus + gives a full therapy treatment with extra work on the energy field to help your body back into balance.

Why would you have No Hands Massage? – As we get older, our bodies, due to our more sedentary lifestyle tend to use only certain groups of muscles. Long term this can have a depressing effect on our range of movement. A small child can move in any direction with total flexibility and ease. Massage boosts the circulation helping to eliminate waste and toxins. It helps us to retain a full range of movement without discomfort, well into our old age.
